Saturdayscool Launches at St Barnabas Church, Clapham, Saturday 29th Oct
Next Saturday 29th October from 10am till 12pm Saturdayscool performing Arts school for children will be launched at St Barnabas Church in Clapham. The school will take place every Saturday morning during term time and be geared for children aged 7 to 11yrs. Unlike many other drama or dance schools, you have the option to either pay-as-you-go or pay for the whole term at a slightly reduced price. It works out at £10 a session pay-as-you-go or £8.50 a session if you pay for the whole term. Scene Change Theatre Company have been working specifically with this age group over the last 5 years and have taken literally hundreds of young people through the process of devising, rehearsing and performing plays about a whole range of subjects. The children will be facilitated to explore drama through fun games, improvisations and by creating their own scenes. At the end of the term on Saturday December 17th they will put on a performance to showcase their work.
